Strip chance Formula

I've noticed a small bug in the strip chance discription: http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&sk_name=strip&sk_search=Search , It says: Success Chance 10%+SkillLV*2%. that means it would be 20% on level 5 10%+5*2%= 10%=10%=20% But it says:
Level   Description
1   7% Chance
2   9% Chance
3   11% Chance
4   13% Chance
5   15% Chance

What is it supposed to be, 15% or 20%?

it should be (5+2*SkillLV)%, i'll change the desc in a moment.
