The droprate of said Sura Gauntlet/Glove of Shura is already present, the info related to the dropconditions of sound amplifier should already be in your hands and just waits to be updated :)
The emulator projects we follow (namely rAthena and I also checked on Hercules) does not have this drop information. While it does not match the official kRO drop, it is matching the drop information for emulated servers. It's two different worlds that we can't please at the same time.
