Searching the Monster Database by Skill/Magic

I've been looking for such a long time for a database that would allow me to search for a skill/magic and what mob/monster I could learn it from. I really like playing Rogue/Stalker and in the mid to high rate servers I can learn skills/magic even from MVPs, but knowing where to find the skill/magic that I want to learn is very difficult to find. Not many mages/wizards will stop and allow me to copy their skill, so I would very much like to see this type of feature.

I think adding that to the skill db is more appropriate.  So it would be you search for the skill and find out which monster has it.

Right now i am revisiting my code in the skill db to make them ready for the third jobs plus make some additional improvement.  I think adding an extra query or extra link to show which monster has the skill isn't that hard.  But it won't happen right away since I started working on it not long ago.
