How about an RSS service updated each time server gets added or removed from the list?

Alternatively, how about "Latest servers" window(Maybe instead of "Latest reviews", anyone uses this?).

daily removed servers i might consider but what's the need if they are suppose to be gone ...

latest server, u can get them by using the list sorting menu ... there is a sort by date added option then beside it you click on the triangle to make it sort by decreasing
