A Developer/Custom Stuff Subforum, anyone?

We seem to be missing a subforum for custom stuff discussion here.

That's because we aren't R.U.N.E. or eAthena.
Those are the centers for such.
And RUNE died.

Developing sections and such only allow for either leeching of cheap, easily made scripts, or forcing people to pay for them, and then some donkey hat goes and releases it, making the original creator's work all go into hiding.

Why do you think I stopped releasing scripts on eA?

I did two.

I understand you there. eAthena imho pretty much sucked for a community, that's why I didn't post there. As for RUNE, well, Gravity was being stingy so they axed it.

Now I dunno what to do with my project. o.o

What??  It has to do with gravity?  I don't think so if you mean Usako's RUNE.

Now .. I am not sure how many "developers" are going to welcome such section in this forum, there's already eAthena that does the job as far as I know.

I once assumed that it was Gravity's request to "shut down" RUNE because of their content. I'm open to any reconsideration on that.

I think I'll go with GorthexTiger's advice. I'll take away my project topic here and try to sort things out on my own. Though it won't be pretty because right now, even eAthena's Wiki can't help me in a step-by-step approach in making a test server of my own.
