You might have misunderstand the purpose of this section? http://forum.ratemyserver.net/guild-group-seeking/guild-group-seeking-sub-forum-rules/  It does not look like your group is seeking player help to start on a server.  If so I think I should move your topic to the server seeking section?
When the new Guild/Group Seeking sub-forum opened, I thought, like the BSB guild that first posted in it, that it was a section for, as the name of the forum suggests, Guilds or Groups Seeking (Servers, since it's under "Sever Seeking").

Instead of watching tons of other guilds/groups get confused by this, might I suggest a super easy fix?  Instead of calling it Guild/Group Seeking, rename the sub-section Guild/Group Recruiting.  That has more of a "we're looking for ppl not servers" tone to it, and is a super easy and quick fix!  Or if not "Recruiting", perhaps "Assistance" or soemthing else that makes it easier to understand at a glance the purpose of the subforum, since most posters are far too lazy to read the rules and would waste mods' time moving them all the time.

This isn't a huge deal, but I thought it was more useful to share this idea than let it fester in my head.

There isn't any better name I can came up with so yea, I have been asking in the shout box lol.  Other suggestion are welcome but it is a "seeking" section so what's better than calling it seeking?  It is a point of view problem :(

The problem with "recruiting" is the topic creator is still a seeker not a recruiter.  By naming it "recruiting" I would confuse another bunch guilds / groups that are looking for member and post recruitment topics there.  It is not a place to post guild recruitment unfortunately.  Don't like "assistance", feels like a placeholder.

There's a brief description under every board name, if people don't read it's hard to help them.  Could happen to any board.  Lately I have been dumping topics from the Guide Section to Ragnarok General Discussion because many general Q&A happens there.  Can't educate everyone -.-.

This might be the case but the Description could be the problem too. I had to read it a few times and view the Rules thread to get the general jist of the purpose for the sub-board.

Might write something for the Child Board Description like:

QuoteFor Players looking to be recruited by a Guild or Group on a Server of their Preference. (Insert Warnings Here)

Also note that you should learn from BSB's thread and update the Rules Descriptions that Guilds of X Number of Players and Up. You may want to consider added a list of things not to do in the board as people will possibly take more notice to it.

QuoteThis sub-section is aimed at those looking for a server to play on while being recruited by a guild or group that introduces the seeker to the server.

I see nothing wrong with that.  I trust Relics' English.  I see this as a matter of preference and understanding.  Some might say this is better, some might say that is better or both bad who knows.  There's many possibility and I just pick whenever that works.  We can't go on and on to rename a board title / description because something possibly better is written.

The section is new, it isn't being (fully) utilized at the moment and it shall be in "wait and see" mode.   We have a sample size of maybe 1 (or none if description wasn't read) so I am not going to draw a conclusion from that.  I recommend you not too.  If you have read what is being presented and understand what it means, then there isn't immediate danger (again sample size of 1 tho).

I suggest you give some time to the current setup, more changes will make things more confusing to existing members.

Same for the section's rule page, the first line says This section is brand new so I'll let the rules shape themselves as time passes.  < is it exactly what I am doing.  Nothing is shaping it yet.
