Simple suggestion: search filter checkbox for "dropped item"

I don't know if this has been proposed before - I didn't see such a topic on the first few pages, anyway - but how about adding a filter to item search for only items which are actual mob drops/implemented ingame somehow by default? I'm starting to get annoyed at having to scroll through pages and pages of equipment (especially headgear) which seem to be at least 30%+ "Dropped by: No result." For the sake of brevity, it'd be nice to be able to skip all of these.

I might want to have a way to get rid of all those [rental item] from listing in a search, I was thinking something like that before.  But the "no result no show" is a slightly complicated one that I can't say for sure.  Because at the point when checking who drop the item, the item were already on the matching list to be shown or you can say all the information of the item were generated.  Making the process in reverse or adding an extra query for every item searched isn't what I want to do.

The "no result no show" is more complicated than mob because sometimes they could be quest obtained or sold by vendors.  Plus there are around 900~1000 mob as oppose to 5000~ items.  The overhead could be different (even with index).
