RMS currently states that a PecoPeco Hairband does the folllowing:
Increases movement speed by 5% when equipped.
Increases Attack Speed by 5%. Reduce Casting Time by 5%.
Which is highly incorrect.
The correct version (found
here at iroWiki.org) states that a PecoPeco Hairband does the following:
Aspd -10%
Casting Time +25%
Movement Speed +25%
or to quote International Ragnarok Online's Kafra Shop (
here on Page 3)
A hairband with PecoPeco wings that lends you a PecoPecos speed.
Cannot be traded or dropped, can be placed in Kafra Storage
Increases Movement Speed, but decreases Attack Speed by 10% and increases Cast Time by 25%

Now, while your Item Script code on the RMS page
is correct, your description is
not. Too many people rely on RMS for "official server correct information" when it is not "official server correct". Making the items match their Item Script code and/or their official item's description would be really helpful for those who think RMS is the only place for information.
