No Deletion of Reviews for 1 month

Take away the current ability to delete a review you have made once it has been posted for up to 1 month.

Right now, the way this current review system is working is, if you make a review of a server, it will save the review to your profile and you can delete it from there. 

If you write a bad review and the server administrator comments on it, the person writing the bad review can delete it and then re-write it right away, remaking their bad review and deleting the comment that the admin made right along with it.


With the current way RMS works, it's left far too open to abuse of reviews and can easily bring a servers score down through tactics like this.  I see this as one of the biggest faults of the RMS reviewing system right now.

At least with this rule, then you would be able to make sure that the comments made in the review are seen to all who look for an appreciable amount of time.

Uh no I don't like this idea, I understand your point but there must be another way to deal with the problem you specify than to prevent people from deleting their reviews.

With the current system a review 'expires' after 6 months, I have to ask my players to delete their old review and refresh it so that it counts toward our total. If they can't delete anymore then it gives a better advantage to new servers -_-.

i saw no for one reason and thatssss

cause i made like 5 typos in a review and i had to delete and remake it over and over cause i kept making typos XD

Well as you said, it expires after 6 months, my suggestion would only effect month old reviews.  The older reviews that are legit that you want to stay would easily stay for 6 months and then be deleted after that time.  You're not gonna re-review before that because it's still valid towards your review count for the whole 6 months.

Well maybe we could add an edit function also, that way you can't delete it but you can edit it one time only. 

I honestly think this suggestion is for the betterment of RMS.  As the system is now, it's very flawed, and loopholes and abuse from angry players can happen to any server.  The way it is now, a group of people can just gather together who could have never even played your server and spam it with bad reviews.  And when you comment on them as an administrator, they can delete them and re-review just as quick as you can comment back again.  It's pretty BS IMO.

It will also allow owner reply abuse, if the owner reply anything after 1 month, the review can't be deleted. even if they owner try to make it sound like the review is a total BS or if the player changed his mind due to some misunderstand ...

edit isn't a good idea neither because say if u say one thing, owner replied to it, and you edit the review, then it will even open up the case where the owner reply look idiotic because the review content have changed.
