erm i think he means "monster has from X amount of hp to Y amount of hp" not really sure, but i guess he wants something similar to that?

Exactly.  Like under Monster Search, there's Monster Level, or Base Experience, or Job Experience and the signs = > < greater than or equal to or less than or equal to, those but with HP values in the RMS monster database.  Sorry if I was unclear.

can't say for sure, i'll keep this in mind but is the option for HP range that useful ...?

Yup I believe it'll be highly useful in conjunction with the RO Calculator.  I for one know that my Soul Destroyer will do a set damage, and am looking to capitalize on monsters that I can one hit kill to maximize exp/earnings.  The same can be said for Arrow Vulcan, Spiral Pierce, Bowling Bash, Cart Termination, and other high damaging skills.
