  I was a bit shocked to find Gallions and Roweens AGRESSIVE, yet not stated so in http://ratemyserver.net/worldmap.php

Also if you thought there were no Roweens in ra_fild01(Ice Cave entrance), there are!!

I'll have to check on the galion being aggressive at a later time.

Roween is a mob of Galion, the mini-boss, so it's included in the "Galion" mob spawn.

So yes, Roweens are on the map, but it isn't ROWEENS themselves. It's a slave.

As viewed here, it's a slave of Galion, not an individual mob.
