How to change Profile Picture / Signature?

Hi I'm new here in RMS forums, well not exactly new but all I've been doing is lurk here for Q and A and now I've finally made an account and I'm curious on how to change a display picture when I can't even see a button anywhere in my account settings that says "Upload Picture" or "Signature Settings". I just see account settings and arcade settings, do I need to post like 10 times to get a profile and signature options or something? I'd like anyone's help with this issue.

According to the thread here: http://forum.ratemyserver.net/support/in-reply-to-i-cannot-sent-pm-or-edit-my-signature/ , you should have enough posts to edit your signature (and presumably your forum avatar as well).

Go to the Profile Button > Forum Profile > You can see the options for uploading an avatar and editing your forum signature on this page.

Hopefully, you'll be able to change them soon =D!
