Is it possible to have this removed on a server-by-server basis?
It seems strange that War of Emperium is an optional yes/no condition in the settings, but EVERY server is subject to Guild Competition ratings. What if a server doesn't have WoE? That's an automatic -10 from their rating for review of an "optional" feature.
