Division based on rate

Maybe the server/guides should be divided based on the different kinds of servers. For example, if somebody wanted to high rate server, rather than having the confusion on what kind of server they want, we could have child boards divided into high rate, mid rate, and low rate. Note that high rates are around 800x, midrates 400x, low rates <=25x.

Done, however we did not follow your guidelines for rates.  Instead, we followed the RMS standards with an additional section for rates higher than 10k under "Super High Rates".
