We had a member complaining of the Ashura Fairy Hat not working for bards. He said it should have worked because of the description in the RMS database that bard and dancer skills can be used with both whips and musical instruments. He was upset because the skill attributed by the Ashura was not working on bards. please indicate if a dancer skill is just for dancers and bard skills for bards only. its very misleading and ends up in a waste of time and money.
But....they can. I'm not wearing the actual hat, but I gave the item script to the violin I was wearing; I was able to use the skill fine. It's most likely a custom change for your server or something.
