Custom Items in Character Simulator Question

Is there a download for the sprites used in the custom items section of the character simulator?  Sorry if this question has been asked before, or if it's in the wrong section, but I really don't know where a question of this nature would be posted.

No, but those sprite are available on ro-enhance, however it's currently down for maintenance.
