Add a Renewal/Pre-Renewal tag to the job discussion topics

Well, since there is renewal and people ask for help about that but a lot of others still like pre-renewal, would it be possible to get something like this:

NOTE - That's from the vendor section of iROWiki's forum but is just an example of what I'm suggesting

but with the tags Pre-Renewal and Renewal and people need to choose when making topics in the job discussion area?

Would help a lot more when people ask questions/help.

Maybe to the guide section would be bad too...

I know a prefix would help if people start to use it.

I think irowiki is using  vbulletin?  I just took a look at the smf mods, http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;basic_search=prefix since our version released just 2 weeks there isn't a suitable candidate for this add-on (or any that is close to the few previous versions to try and test).  In fact the only one that look like it will provide this function was last updated in 2007 -.-.

Edit:  It's added after some manual fixes to the mod.  Haven't seen much use yet.
