If you look at the server seeking section, many people are looking for new servers. If a thread showing new servers was established (with an honest date), it can create anticipation for those who want to join new servers and could serve as a great way to advertise. I'm aware of the server advertisement thread, but I don't think it suffices because recently I have been noticing a huge influx of people who advertised servers that existed for more than 3 months. Those are my 2 cents xD.
