So, college's let up a bit on the pressure, and I'm getting a want to play RO again, so why not?

Basically, the standard stuff from me. Wheee.

Rates: Non-renewal should be between 50x and 250x. The item rates, I dunno what I could settle for, so, I'll just decide?
Renewal rates should be somewhere between 15x and 100x. About the item rates, same as above.

Level caps: 99/70 for non-renewal, 150/50 for renewal. Nothing bad here.

Donations: Should be obvious, but let's just type it out. No overpowered(overused word, but there isn't a better one) donations, no big wings, or anything especially balance-hurting.

I'm only going to play pretty casually, so I'm not really going to mind the populations, so just suggest your server, I guess. Also, a main channel and everyone speaking in English would also help.

Oh, and please don't suggest Cookie, Intense, Essence, or Talon. Sorry, guys.

I forgot to say this, but the server should be updated as close to kRO as possible. Just that, though.

Hello, negativeone! Have you tried DivinityRO yet? It's a Non-RE server that has been up for a few months and is gaining popularity (~200 peak).

Rates: 100/100/75 (150/150/75 currently!)
MVP Cards: 1-10x (pending which MVP)
Max Level: 99/70
Max Stat: 99

We do have a #main channel; our donations are not overpowered and are the result of the community's collaboration. We have professional, knowledgeable staff and a very nice community - great for casual players.

We also have the basic NPCs: Job Changer, Field/Dungeon/Town Warper, Resetter, Platinum Skills, etc.

Perhaps Nemain RO would be to your liking.  The server has been open since December 2012 and has been making constant improvements.

Rates are 150/150/50

Level caps: 99/70 for non-renewal, 150/50 for renewal. Nothing bad here.
Max Lvl 99/70, Max ASPD 190

Donations are basically available through other means in game.  Donators have no advantage other then not having to hunt/farm.

The population has been increasing steadily, currently it ranges from 69-120 just depending on the time of day and what it going on.
The main town, Payon, and the main chat channel are to be English only.

To my knowledge Nemain is running on recently updated kRO.
