Trying to get a server includng certain features

High rates preferred, 100x-1000x, but if the features are good enough I could accept 50x to 1000000x.

* Vendors including alchemist/creator/geneticist ingredients.  There are too many servers with either only a small portion of the ingredients for sale, or outrageous prices.
* It should have a max level in the normal amount, I.E. 100-200 no level 500 nonsense, though job can be any amount, higher the better
* Donations acquired without necessarily spending money, I.E. quest/event, or donation gear not ridiculously powerful if money is required
* Reasonably active supporting playable PVE excursions, more interested in the team accessibility than a large number on at a time

Optional but preferred
* The server I tried recently, CasualRO, has a card recycler and card to OCA converter, and I would like any feature making cards useful like that
* Warp convenience preferably any field
* Interesting questing/endgame
* Customs are acceptable except if the customs are disgustingly overpowered, any customs increasing parity welcomed
* A way to earn the interesting pay gear off vanilla RO a la Orleans' Necklace, etc. or quest gear you would usually require ridiculous work to get on vanilla RO, can be a mall or a quest
* Automated events
* English language
* Drop should not have a dramatically lower rate than exp.  I would rather see excessive people with MVP cards than a few with a build I can never match.
* Convenience features please
* Renewal is a plus but if a non-renewal has these I would try it

In general I have too many things to do in the real world to spend time on a server where the players' time is not respected [vanilla RO], but would like a streamlined experience where I can get on and run the game and preferably get a group, while not requiring a thousand hours to get the best gear.

I can find a few servers that satisfy some of the criteria but never the whole list.

For example I find CasualRO's features pretty nice but it has a problem with excessively powerful customs and insufficient geneticist/equip in the mall, and LaRO has a lot of the things I seek but has no money alternatives

Hey there. As I have read  your server seeking criteria. I will mention some of the ones that our server can offer and the others that I failed to mention, its either we can't offer it to you, but you are very much welcome to try our server out.

For the alchemist mats, you can buy the AD bottles and some stuff as well. Although, you still need to farm some ingredients for those +20 stat foods.
You can obtain donation items by participating in automated events, staff hosted events (in-game and forum) and in doing some quests (more like of a monster hunt).
As for the warper, it offers almost all of the warps in the server. There are areas like the Eclage Dungeon that you need to walk to get to there and you can only get to Abbey 1 and walk or teleport to get to lv2 and 3 of Cursed Abbey.
Most of our customs as of the moment are at kawaii costumes and fishing. (Its just added Fishing this week!)

I'm here to recommend you to try out Woon Renewal which opened last August 2014. I know that some of your criteria that you are looking for aren't met, but I hope you would try us out though. Our server rates is at 100/100/75 and 1x for MvP (mini-boss and boss) card drops;
Max level is at 175/60;
Max stats is at 130;
Max ASPD is at 195;
English speaking community;
Automated events like Devil Square, Domination, Find the Mushroom.

Even as a new RMS member, I could definitely vouch for woon. 

Donations here are simply to make things easier. Everything is available for the players.

I play the pre-renewal version though nonetheless but the renewal is also top-notch.

I see you've said you've tried us, actually; So I'm not going to go into an advertisement.

I do want to let you know that we've been balancing a large number of our customs (that many have considered overpowered) and have recently put in ways for you to get things like acid demonstration bottles in-game.

Any additional feedback you're looking for, you're welcome to let us know on our forums' feedback thread. The best way we can balance things and make things available is if the players speak up about it.
