There's any LR server running with these specifications?

Im seeking for a long time a server with these following features:

Rates between 3x~15x (base/job) and lower than 10x (drops)
No OP donations itens/advantages
Medium att (at least 100 players)
Episode lower than 13.2
BG without equips reward or no BG at all
