What are the most active LR/MR servers?

I am looking for a LR/MR server. The main things I am looking for:

1. Active PVP/WOE (usually means high population)

2. LR or MR, but LR for MVP (preferably 1x or 2x)

Can be renewal, pre-renewal, a bit modded, etc.

Are there any servers like these?

Have you tried IRIS Ragnarok ?

It's a low-rate server that has 3x-3x-3x rates for weekdays and 5x-5x-3x for weekends. It has an active community however not in the PvP/WoE scene as of the moment since it has just started. They are more active currently in leveling/grinding to reach max level for an event.

You can communicate with them in-game or in-discord. Our player-base is UK/US timezone.

Maybe try NovaRO. It's a renewal server with 25x/25x/10x with active pvp/woe community. There's even a page where you can check your stats (if you played woe)
