Any servers out there that can fulfil my desires?

• At least 1% on normal card drop rate, less than 0.5% for MVP.
• 99/70 max stat 99 or 500/xxx max stats 400-500.
• 10+. Not too worried about population, as long as the server is active (i.e. not a ghost town).
• Based in US.
• English speaking server, which doesn't have the main town filled with people who speak other languages.
• Alternatively, Spanish.
• No Asian servers! No offence, but I hate joining a supposed "English speaking server", only to login and find 50 people talking Filipino, Malaysian or Indonesian in the main town.
• Conquest battlegrounds.
• No 3rd jobs.
• Nerfed MVP cards or a really low drop rate on them.

Added another thing.
• Must have a forum.

ResurgenceRO probably meets all your expectation except one, which will be listed below. If by any point you feel that this post should not be made due to that one difference in requirement, please PM me and I'll remove the post immediately, thought I'd give it a shot.

• 99/70 max stat 99 or 500/xxx max stats 400-500. [Level:Stats] 99/70:99
• 10+. Not too worried about population, as long as the server is active (i.e. not a ghost town). Peaked at 170+, averaging at 70-150
• Based in US. Dallas, Texas. =)
• English speaking server, which doesn't have the main town filled with people who speak other languages. Mostly american/canadian/europe players, few pinoys.
• Alternatively, Spanish. We have quite a number of Spanish players too! But they're all versatile in English.
• No Asian servers! No offence, but I hate joining a supposed "English speaking server", only to login and find 50 people talking Filipino, Malaysian or Indonesian in the main town. As mentioned, we're US-Based and english speaking.
• Conquest battlegrounds. We do have this mode however we have not enabled it, we have 6 different types of BG being randomized along with @joinbg, conquest will be enable once I feel the population has reached an amount to make conquest significantly more fun than it is now.
• No 3rd jobs. Verified=)
• Nerfed MVP cards or a really low drop rate on them. 0.01% drop rate.

Hi Yuzo,

I would like to extend an invite to AeternusRO. We might have a lower drop rate than you originally wanted, but can promise our other areas within the server indeed make up for that. We built AeternusRO on the foundation that we wanted to explore various content, whilst not detracting from the core Ragnarok experience. So far, we're on course to fulfil that promise. We understand the need for ensuring all forms of players are getting their full share. That will be evident in the coming weeks as we intend to put out key features (and announce new ones too!).

I'm hoping you'll overlook the difference in the normal card drop, and give us a try to be your new destination. AeternusRO will be around for a long while, and with our planned content, we intend to make sure everyone enjoys the experience as much as possible!

• Based in US. - Chicago
• English speaking server, which doesn't have the main town filled with people who speak other languages. - English is the main language here.
• Alternatively, Spanish. - We do have a variety, so you may find a few Spanish speaking players!
• No Asian servers! No offence, but I hate joining a supposed "English speaking server", only to login and find 50 people talking Filipino, Malaysian or Indonesian in the main town. - Refer to above (however, we do have some multilingual players, as we welcome all)
• Conquest battlegrounds. - Confirmed
• No 3rd jobs. - Confirmed
• Nerfed MVP cards or a really low drop rate on them. - 0.01% on MVP cards.

• Must have a forum. - In our eyes this is compulsory so yes, confirmed!
