RMS has no option yet to tell us of server has existed for over a year. So I'm asking what server is 1yr+ and not corrupt or greedy. Any rate that has more people playing with no bad rules against non-english speakers.

Intense RO has been up since year 2009. No wipes and server had a good connection stability. If the server has connectivity issues, the staffs quickly responded.

In Intense RO, English language must be spoken in main towns - prontera, brasillis and mall..  Players are usually given warnings if they speak other languages in these towns but you can speak other languages in other towns.

Well I don't know how he afk farmed but it's usually macro usage so for instance setting up a warlock into a safe field where stuff respawns on the same position, and making it cast the same skill over and over again.. Another example would be setting up a paladin or royal guard, turn reflect on or get items that reflect, e.g. valkyrie manteau, get a light bulb that casts level 1~3 thunder bolt/storm? and hunt hydra cards that way in sunken ship.
That is what is usually considered afk farming, and renewal is pretty clear on the rules as well as punishments. However you can always try to appeal them if you know you didn't do it.

Else I'd love to offer you LimitRO Iris but that's not even hit the 2 month age yet and it's also renewal, however doesn't have lai involved.

In heRO, we have 100~150 players and 200 venders on average with several guilds who compete in WoE.  In addition to regular castle chests, heRO also offers participation rewards (including consumable) and more.  All this fun packed action occurs in only a few castles to keep the action concentrated.
