since im new to ragnarok game can anyone suggest me the best servers to play??

Maybe if you could answer these questions, people could help you a bit more:

1) Do you want to play pre-renewal or renewal?
2) Do you want to play low-rate, mid-rate or high-rate?
3) Do you want low costumization, mid costumization or high costumization?
4) Do you want a server that has donations, cosmetic donations or donations that give advantage?
5) Last but not least, do you want a fresh server or a server that has already been up and running for a certain amount of time?

If you could answer those, I'm sure a lot of people can give you proper suggestions (:
I will wait for your reply and suggest my server if I think it fits to your needs.

Then I might aswell suggest my own server Elaria Woon Reloaded. We're a collaboration of two old servers WoonRO (MR) and ElariaRO (LR).
It's pre-renewal with 99/70 stats and a population of ~200 daily online. Vendors are not displayed on the website's playercount.
Server opened september 3rd so it's just a month old. We are #2 MR on ratemyserver rankings and have a purely cosmetic donation shop.
I wouldn't say we're high costumized but we have a lot of nice features which are not common.

Download a full installer from a difrent server.
If you download ours you have the latest KRO and just dont use the exe files in it

DekadaRO, its a higher rate and is one that I've been spending more of my time on as it progresses to the end-game content quicker. (PvP/WoE)

Since your new however, any server will be fairly entertaining and I hope it keeps you interested. There is a reason why this game has stayed alive for so many years
