Server seeking, easy to fill

I'm looking for a server to play casually here.

-Needs to have the gear in the attachment
(I don't care if it's statless, statfilled, useless, cosmetic, or anything like that. It's just nostalgic and I'd like to have them.)
-Not 99//70
(I don't care if what it is beyond that, I don't care if it's renewal or not since I could stand to learn the mechanics or play at the natural higher level cap anyways, I'm just not wanting to play very vanilla right now.)

And that's really it.

Other benefits include, but not required, are:

-Not an insanely high max level, 255 tops really, ideally lower
-Active WoE community, I love that s***, even though my schedule might not allow me to make any regularly based on the server
-An actual population, doesn't have to be huge, but I can't be a super active player to begin with so I can't exactly help a server with 20 people logged in grow like I would want to in the past

It's XileRetro, yup I do match your level cap that is 255/70. It is a high rate server almost 3 weeks old and has like 100 players online.

What's the likelyhood of going back to classic mechanics? I had a few people tell me about renewal and I can't see myself being about that life.

Nobody is active on the Aria forums at all but I'm still keeping an eye on it for when it opens.

I tried playing the CeresRO rebirth and it didn't work out. I don't know if it'd be any different for Xile.

Anybody else got anything? Not in a rush (you guys should see my backlog of stuff to watch and play @_@)
