Seeking US/English Low/Mid Rate

I'm looking for an English (preferably USA based) server to play on.

• Low to mid rates
• Max level 99 trans, 150-175 if there's 3rd jobs
• Preferably not an enormous population, around 50-100 online would be nice
• PvP servers are fine I guess, just not the ones that give you everything for zero effort (I despise servers with auto levelers or card shops).
• Main town Prontera (this is important)
• Minimal customs- either aesthetic-only, or all have the same -minor- effect.
• Zero interest in any kind of anime server (Bleach/Naruto/etc gear, costume or otherwise).

Seems like a lot, I know, but I wouldn't be here posting otherwise. Some of it is negotiable but I really won't bend on the customizations part.
Basically I'm looking to play a very basic style of RO. Most servers nowadays are extremely over-customized with custom main towns, entire custom gear sets, an overabundance of anime references, I'm really not into that.

we do have all possible platforms for client like, ROBrowser - where you can play from Browsers like chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
Andro-Client :- you can play from , android mobile, tablet or android pc.
and standard PC client.

• PvP servers are fine I guess, just not the ones that give you everything for zero effort (I despise servers with auto levelers or card shops). // We have our ultimate guild system which provides basic equipment. However it's only working on pvp/woe/bg maps and doesn't affect PvM.
• Main town Prontera (this is important) // Prontera is our main town, however we do themed versions of it.
• Minimal customs- either aesthetic-only, or all have the same -minor- effect. // Our cash shop is almost entirely cosmetic. We also do not have much of custom related items.
• Zero interest in any kind of anime server (Bleach/Naruto/etc gear, costume or otherwise). // Yep, us neither. The only customized sprite we have that looks a bit different is from our cluckers event when it spawns an angry chicken. But it's not bad.

Population fits perfectly around 80 people active 24/7 .. woe time its slightly higher

No PVP server but very active BG and PvP!

Minimal customs to official content but few new locations to keep fun on server(no OP gears, only a lot of costume headgears)

We are a low rate server with the rates 1x1x1x and in the weekend 2x2x1x.
We dont have a healer npc, job change etc we do have alot of systems to make the leveling
more Fun like bounty boards, Gramps, Level  Rewards Our server is based on IRo with all the best Features.
About the items.. We have no customs since most people did not even see all the normal ragnarok items..
We have a new population that is growing with around 15-20 players.

We are a low rate *Renewal server , our population now is around 10~20 people atm .

Server is located in LA , we have very minimum custom items . As well as not a Pay2Win server

Hi! You should consider heRO, which is a pre-renewal server with 5/5/3 rates. It's been around for around 11 years with no wipes. I've been on the server since around '09 or so, with no intentions of leaving. I've tried other servers, but as far as low-rate goes, it's one of the best to me. The community is very friendly. Especially lately, we've had an increase in new players, and there are players always willing to help them. We do have customized quests, dungeons, and monsters, all of which are balanced. We have a nobility system, mining and fishing systems, a monthly allegiance event, automated events, and GM-hosted events fairly often. Donations are accepted, but you can't get hax gear from donating- you can get GM services in which you can rename characters; move them; transfer account-bound items; or donation boxes which include OPB, OBB, OCA, gold. We even have a test and development team that is made up of players who volunteer to create quests and monsters. Overall, it's a really great community. Hope you will consider us!
