Seeking US Mid-Rate

As title says, I'm in the market for a new mid-rate server.

Pre-renewal, trans classes, 99/70 level cap
Population somewhere between 50-200, not a fan of super populated servers but don't wanna be the only one online either.
Preferably USA based, or at the very least English being the primary language

As far as customs go I would prefer that they be kept to a minimum, nothing too flashy like custom maps/mobs/races/etc, and any custom items need to be for aesthetic purposes only (no bonus stats or effects, and no game-breaking donation items). Basically I'm looking to play old-school Ragnarok Online, not a horrid anime mutation of it.

Basically I'm looking to play old-school Ragnarok Online, not a horrid anime mutation of it. : We have 11.3 episode, mostly for old-school players. It was popular in 2007-2008 years.

err would you be interested to just go straight to pvp server? 99/70 no donates. No Farming needed. all you have to do is Login-> Instant Job Change-> get gears in the NPC-> PvP/WoE
