Server is basically dead during NA times.
I'd recommend Ragnaclan. It's the nicest community I've seen in 13 years of playing RO.
It's rates are 50x50x15 floating to 60x60x20
It's a Midrate with lots of PvM players. The WoE scene is alright right now with 2-3 guilds woeing.
I'd stay away from ZenRO as the Admin is known to open/close servers without much notice.
