Seeking good WoE/PK based server.

I'm looking for a good WoE/PK based server (Pre-Renewal)

- 99/70 max level. No 3rd Jobs.
- Preferably Mid to High rate in EXP and Item drops.
- No GR, GTB,Thana.
- Location doesn't matter much, though I would prefer if it were in Asia.
- Language doesn't matter as much also, as long as people can speak English.
- An active and good Battleground system would also be HUGE plus.
- Population is irrelevant as long as the battles are good and the people are competitive.
- Customs limited to those hosted in official server Hypermarts. (i.e.: Baphomet Horns, Alice Doll[1], Dark Randgris and the like are okay. NO WINGS PLEASE.)
-A warp and a healing NPC would also be excellent.

If it's any help, I used to play ZigaRO. And up until this day still think it's one of the best servers I've ever played.

- Population is irrelevant as long as the battles are good and the people are competitive. 20 - 50 people depending on time of day, and if its close to WOE or not
- Customs limited to those hosted in official server Hypermarts. (i.e.: Baphomet Horns, Alice Doll[1], Dark Randgris and the like are okay. NO WINGS PLEASE.) - we have no custom items, only those on iro
