Actually I don't really care about if its high or low rated, the only things that bother me is:

- it shouldn't be to farm, level heavy
- of course no uber donation stuff
- I rather prefer newer servers
- not to many customizations

Summarized, I just want some equal, fair PVP/WOE experience, without having to farm like 4 months till im competitive.

Have you tried LimitRO Nova yet?
It's a high rate (5000/5000/500) server (not sure on drop rate might as well be 100)
Balanced, 3rd Job(renewal) class server opened just 1 1/2 months ago, maybe 2..
It's got a general good setting and +150 players, but beware it's a player kill server.

Our rates are actually really good very easy to level and hunt MvP Cards. 10k/10k, 1% MvP Card drop rate.
All of our donations are very well balanced and obtainable in game in various ways.
We have been up for almost 6 months now.
We have our own storyline, custom instances, cooking, main town, commands, guild houses, fishing, items and more.
3rd jobs are OPTIONAL, Death Knight and Extended Super Novice are implemented.
Good amount of people PvP and WoE is definitely getting better and better.

Hello Geneva, have you tried DivinityRO?
It isnt hard to level, the rates are 100/100/75 & with floating rates it increases randomly to somewhere around 150/150/75.
There is no uber donations. Some donations are also questable in-game.
Server is about a month old. Opened around November 8th.
Regular cards are 0.75% drop rate and mvp cards are 0.10% drop rate.
There isnt no way you'll be farming for more then a week.
There is fun KoE, PvP, & WoE when other guilds fight. However we still need more WoE guilds for more competition.
