Seeking a server

Greetings. I want to come back to Ragnarok and seeking something like this:
Mr/HR, with all perfectly-working 3rd jobs and almost all renewal content and especially with NO "or reborn class or 3rd class. must be "and")
normal cards: ~~5% (can be up to 15%)
mvp cards: ~~1% (up to 5%)
max base lvl: 250+
max job lvl: 120+
max stat: 200+
max aspd: up to 194 (no higher)
things that i prefer to be:
Healer/Buffer
Job Changer
Warper (or working @go and @warp)
Skill Resetter (may cost high, don't care)
working commands: @storage, @autoloot (also @alootid)

If you're fine with lower rates and official max levels then I guess TrueRO comes closest:

They claim to have all 3rd classes fully implemented and have all the NPCs you asked for too. It also seems to be one of the more popular servers around with 632 people online right now.

Thanks, but... no such low levels... still i could accept lower rates, but no lower lvl.

Apparently, not all 3rd job skill are working in that server, and some even bugged. If you know any low/mid rate server renewal 3rd job with fully working skill, let me know. Well, I'm not gonna leave this server(soon) since they have a great community.

3rd Jobs don't work that well on pre-re mechanics. Why do you think they made Renewal and changed the game completely if they could've simply introduced 3rd jobs and carry on with their normal episodes?

I don't think there is any server that had fully adapted 3rd jobs in pre-renewal and if they did they would be broken :c

There are not many mid-rates with above default level and stats cap, so your best bet is an high-rate server.

Still searching? Sounds more like a HR server you're looking for. But would be cool if you gave ExtaliaRO a try as well.

It's a mid-rate renewal server featuring 150x/150x/100x rates, 3% for common cards and 0,5% for MVP cards. Brand new server located in California but has excellent pings for some asian/european players. We got all renewal content, come and give it a try! Hope to see you ingame, I won't mind chit chatting and answer all your doubts!
