Searching for a LR

I feel like I should try this yet again. So I'm looking for...

- Low rates (25/25/25 tops).
- The server can have third jobs, I'm a bit curious.
- Max level for trans classes 99/70 and for third jobs 150/50 (extended 99/70).
- An active PvM/MVP community where people PARTY and DO NOT RELY ON ASURA STRIKE.
- Donations are fine as long as they don't include gamebreaking stats (no thanks to Kaho's crap horns and such) and are available for people who can't donate (like me).
- Active staff members who know what they're doing.
- Custom quests and such are okay, as long as you can't make things like god items from them.
- Custom maps are fine with me as well.
- No custom cards and no customization of the already existing, official cards.
- No thanks to a WoE/PvP/BG centered community, I don't do that crap.

I hope that something comes up, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up too high.

Heya!! The server I play might interest you. Server's been running for 6+ years and I've been here for 7 months of that. =3 After a ton of searching thru the low rates (and some mid rates) I found this server and I'm happy to say I have been given no reason to search further. nom~

-Rates 5x 5x 3x
-No third jobs being considered for the time being Max levels are 99/70 for trans, 150 dex instacast, 190 max aspd.
-Parites are definitely the norm. Its a low rate PvM is 90% of the gameplay. Other classes and parties are much better suited to stealing mvps and making champs qqqqq.
-No OP donations, donating gets u RNG stuff like OBBs OPBs and a few OCAs(non boss/mini)
-A very dedicated staff who's efforts are certainly visible.
-Custom stuff is all balanced and does not alienate old school gear; it just makes RO a bigger place imo, so much more to do, so much otherwise useless crap made useful. You really appreciate the effort that has been put in to the server and after spending a while her eyou can't help but call it home.
-Custom maps and some MvPs and 1 or 2 instance dungeons too =D, again no OP stuff and nothing a good party couldn't handle.
-No custom cards or customized cards.
-Definitely not a WoE/PvP/BG centered community, though we do have the best of both worlds here on heRO. 150-200 players active people online lots of newbies and vets alike =)
