We are not pay to win, and have a V4P system. The costume feature exists, but it is not available to any players currently. It is planned for release sometime around the server's anniversary.
We also have other features you might be interested in, such as Light vs Dark syste, renewal content modified to fit our pre-renewal mechanics and modified MVP loot tables!
