Pre-Re; Low EXP rate

Hello.

Im seeking for a new RO server to play on. I've played in a bunch of servers out there and still couldnt find one with this setup. It can be Pre-renewal or Renewal. No level higher than 175

-> Top 1 priority: Low EXP rates (1x~15x) and High Drop rates, including cards and equipment drops (at least 5~10% card drop). Obviously not valid for MVPs/Mini Boss.
-> Other stuff that would be nice: Some nice headgear (that are at least useful for PvP) quests that are actually managable to do (without needing super rare itens like WoE castle rewards). Not necessarily customs (like wings and stuff)
-> Balanced donations (preferably costumes)

It doesnt have to be exactly like Im asking.. suggestions are welcomed

I just started playing in Aspen-RO its low rate 10/10 i think..server just opened like 2 weeks ago. Give it a try and see if you like it

Try out our server, most of our donation headgears are obtainable through MVPs. We just opened last february 25, 2017. Although the population is still low but i guarantee you a friendly community and staffs. If you have time you can check the YmirRO Server Modifications made in our server.
