I am looking for a midrate server, exp rates around 50~100x
max level strictly as follows: 99/50 or 99/70 or 175/**
card drops 0.5~1%

No Customs (minimal or just costumes if there are)
No F*****g Wings please.
Active BG...

i guess a decent ragnarok server is too much to ask for. 

i liked Woon Reloaded, but it turned to 3rds with like 40+ online..
i liked Chan. i stayed for a while but the BG is now DEAD.

Reloaded shut down, Renewal remains online but it is as your said.
Though there are rumors of some new pre - MR in development. Two that I know of.

any news of that "new MR in development" will be much appreciated. though your signature gives away what i needed to know, i'll be waiting for an email or an official announcement somewhere. ActionRO flopped but i swear, Reloaded will never be forgotten.

It is official now.

Elaria Woon Reloaded, a collaboration of two amazing servers will be opening this september.
The rates are going to be 50x50x25x with a max base level of 99/70 and it will be pre-renewal based.

You can try out NovaRO. We have a very active population and Battlegrounds.

There's only a couple of customs with stats and they're not groundbreaking, there's quite a few costume customs though (And custom content, like instances and the summer festival)

The server tries to follow kRO as close as possible. No wings. It's pretty fast to level despite being 25x due to the custom quests.
