Active GM's, WoE and Events.
No custom equips or Third classes (If possible). This also includes going past +10 or +11.
No Renewal type (If possible)<---Yes I know a lot use it now...
English as main language (Don't really matter too much I guess)
BONUS: Old Morocc Map in it would be nice also. (Not a requirement but would be nice)

Every time I do a Server Seek someone always send me a link to a decent server I like. I spend time AND money there ($5  lol)and then the server goes down within a year or two. So please, with all due respect, please let it be a good stable server Like "LegendRO.net" its been around since 2004 (Currently Playing) I been there since 05 myself.

ElariaRO has most of your requirements. It has all of it, except the Base/Job/Quest EXP is 7x, and we're not using the old Morroc map. However, once we implement future updates, we could get the fixed Morroc, which is like the old Morroc, but I'm not sure when that would be =o You should give it a try though~

We are pre-renewal with official max level of 99/70 and stats maxed at 99. Our rates are 5/5/3 and we sometimes go higher during seasonal events such as Christmas, the Server's Birthday and such. Quest exp is 5x, homunculus is 2x and we have a bonus for partying of +30% per extra party member when in share.

Active GM's, WoE and Events.

Our GMs are active and friendly, they are always ready to answer your call. Also, if you can't find a GM ingame we have a Support Ticket system so our players could always be in touch with GMs. We have automated Events such as Poring Smash, Zombie Run, Fabre Tame, Wordzzle and Mystic Tower, which players can start by themselves whenever they feel like it! Also, we have GM-hosted events, like monthly Trial of Heroes or Fairy Auctions, and more!

No custom equips or Third classes (If possible). This also includes going past +10 or +11.

We have custom equipment, but we have balance at heart, so we are careful whenever we add customs to make sure they don't unbalance the game.

English as main language (Don't really matter too much I guess)

We're an international server with people from around the globe, but the main language is definitely English, it's actually part of the rule to be able to communicate in basic English to play on the server. The @main channel, which is enabled by default, is English only.

BONUS: Old Morocc Map in it would be nice also. (Not a requirement but would be nice)

heRO is over 8 years old, we are proud to be a stable server that players can count on, we've never had any wipe during that time.
