Low-rate server and the guild

Hi, everyone!  
Almost eight years ago I was introduced to Ragnarok Online. At MOTR Online I played as Priest, although I liked Assassin.
For four years I did not play RO, and decided to play RO this year again. I would like to play Oboro, Kagerou or Soul Linker (it means I am interested in Renewal servers), and stats/skill/equipment builds are ready. 
Not only I am interested in a low-rate server (base exp - up to x15, job exp - up to x15, drop rate - up to x15), but I seek for a friendly guild to join, level up and develope together. This is the main condition.
I like to participate in events, quests, and GW. My local time is UTC+6, so it would be better that RO server location were somewhere in Europe, but the language of the server should be English (although, it is not my native language).
That is all for now, and I am looking forward to your replies, suggestions, questions, etc.

I say, come play with us! 15/15/10, we have Oboro and Kagerou implemented so you'll be able to play no problem! We're all renewal, all the time. xD Anyway, we do lots of events, there's a ton of Eden quests to do and the usual ones you can find anywhere. WoE just started last week, it's getting settled in and more people = more competition = more fun!

Server's located East Coast US, but I haven't heard any complaints about lag. Main language is English, but there's all sorts of different people. :3

There are no real GW at this server, because it is not competitive and everything is bought.
With just the only one answer today, my hope to return is fading.

I didn't respond sooner since I was a bit confused with your criteria. Are you only looking for Renewal server or is that also renewal server?

If you are looking for a Renewal alone then you can check out Nova RO as well and see if it suits you.

If you don't mind pre-renewal setting and want to experience the vanilla RO feel once again with no pay to win donates then give Aeva a try when we launch next month (march).

About my guild:  Most Wanted

We're together since +7 months ~ of course some left, some new came

1. Have fun !

2. Be nice and respectfull to everyone (not only our guildies)

3. Make sure to be on at least 1x in 2 weeks for WoE. (woe isnt open yet, so we´ll talk about this later on forum)

4. We have in our guild a sharing-system. If someone needs anything and u have it, just share it or make a deal out (before u sell it to other ppl). If u or someone else needs help, just ask for it - im sure everyone will help

5. If doing MVP's - dice for items (need before greed).

6. Use our facebook-group to stay latest

I'm glad you asked. Healer and warper are both free, the healer doesn't buff and the warper mostly only covers the first floor of dungeons. Platinum skills and all convenience NPCs are gathered inside the main office which is a bit to the left of Prontera. As far as the daily rewards go, you get Gold coins for playing every day as well as for participating in events, and you can use these for many different things, including converting them directly into cash points, making it so that you can get donation items without ever needing to donate.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that everything is bought o.o most things are hunted in leika, nothing is easy mode here. We pride ourselves on being as far from pay 2 win as possible, and everything is obtainable without spending a dime. Competition might seem a little low but that's only because WoE is new. You could get in early and establish yourself in our scene and become a top player in a growing server. C: I can tell you that you won't find another server that actively tries to balance renewal the way we do, which is a very difficult task. Good luck on your search. o/

There are certain things I like at LeikaRo (and Zhin is right to say that it is the most balanced private server with functioning third jobs and other new things) and there are some things I find interesting at NovaRO (Forum, guilds and guides) 
Soon enough I will decide what server to play.

I suggest you check out the servers in your poll list. Relying on your poll result won't be good. What if you didn't liked the server that won in the poll? Different server means different experiences/results/whatever it is.

All of the servers suggested are good ones, however, the experience is always in the player not in the server. Even if you read tons of positive and/or negative reviews about it, the experience varies from player to player. So if you had a good experience in one of those, another player could also had the same or different experience.

I'm just giving you a tip. Good luck on your search.

Although I have almost decided which server to play, it seems TalonRo has a bad reputation here. Maybe it is not right, correct me then.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions based on server rep alone. (don't judge a book by it's cover?) Some get more complaints because they enforce rules strictly while bad servers might still look good on the outside.  Sure a few things maybe be hard facts like corruption and such but for the rest, you wont know anything for sure unless you try it.

Servers don't just differ by features alone, but by the people running it as well. Some might not entertain baddies while others only care about population and turn a blind eye to misconduct and rule breaks. You don't always need a big player base to enjoy the game, a small community with friendly players is far more enjoyable than a larger one full of disrespectful trolls.

Rider, I cannot but agree that "you won't know anything for sure unless you try it".
It is not right place for server reviews, so, today I played alone, then gathered friends to play at the servers mentioned in the poll. It was little fun, but I can't blame anyone.
Feel to giving up playing RO.

No, no, no, you might had seen some rant and rave topics regarding it, but its just to a certain GM. Most of the reviews I read around the server's pretty nice but its old though. Its already up to you to start there and need to catch up on tons of stuff or look for a newer server that can make you catch up to the community.

Despite of a server having negative reviews, have you ever thought that if its really that bad, why are there still people playing it? And as I had said in my previous reply, the experience varies from player to player and to you.

And besides, rant and rave section is towards to "unexpected" or "unwanted" behavior from a staff that they find unpleasant.

I have to agree with Rider's reply from above. Don't give up in playing RO. Way back in my previous server search, I had replies that me and my friends had to pick the one that at least suits our wants despite that its not what we really wanted, it turned out fine though, just avoid the section that you don't like or you just have to like it or play there until a newer server opens.

looking for a new low/mid rate European server with 3rd jobs (not obligatory though).
It would be great if there are Healer and Warper, and no custom things like the wings which are bigger than the screen.
And it would be great that there are few...  talkative players there.
