I'm looking for a HR/SHR PVP Server. WOE is optional but it would be better if people are active in it.

Base Level: 255 / 500 / 750 / 999
Easy to Reach Max LVL
Cards Seller / Private MVP Room
Custom Slots or none
Customization of server: Acceptable as long as its purpose is to aim a BALANCED PVP. NO IMBALANCE DONATIONS; Donations must be QUESTABLE
Population: 20 to 200 players ONLINE (Not Autotrading)

Note:
Server very much protected: No AUTOPOTS, RPE, WPE, BREAKNECK, etc.

I've played on a lot of servers. I have a vast RO knowledge and experience.

We have LKH [4] the only headgear that is 4 slot also odin mask and Rose of crimson [1]. thats all we got for the server balance.

we have 150+ players normal time pacific time and in woe time we reaches 200+

These  3rd party programs are pretty much bannable to our server. so all of our players are active to report the users to our forum.
