I've been searching for a Super High Rate server for a while now since I returned home from a long adventure of college. My likes I wish to see is:

Super High Rate: 250/500, or 500/999 (or close around there, estimate) and the drop rate, it doesn't matter.
Level/Job: 250/500, or 500/999 (or close around there, estimate) and the stats, it doesn't matter.
Population Range: 50 and up.
Server geographical location: Anywhere is fine.
The Main Language: English
Customs/Other Features: It doesn't matter what, but I do like to see a lot of (tameable) custom pets, a lot of purchasable custom items or a lot of reasonable quest items! As in 'purchasable", it has to be a good challenge to get these customs. And as in "Reasonable", it has to have good items to get this quest item!

Thank you for your time! It doesn't have to be this criteria, but at least close my expectation!
