How about checking us out on IntenseRO? We have Harmony installed so you wouldn't have to worry about cheaters and unfair players. We'll give you that old RO feel and the satisfaction of actually being able to finish something by fair means.

We're an English speaking server and the max levels for trans are official. The only difference is that third jobs are 150/70 instead of 150/50.
Lots of quests to go around that you can do with your friends or you can "fly solo" if you prefer the Lone Wolf Act.
The rates are 150/150/Custom so leveling isn't that hard, but it'll keep you busy for a few hours.
Our staff actually listens to suggestions and we want to give our players the best possible gaming experience in a Ragnarok server.

This server that i am going to recommend has Harmony protection from 3rd party programs
However this is a mid rate server which might not be up to your satisfaction but the point that i would like to emphasize is its fairness and balance.

The GM of this server aims to bring about the best PVP, WOE, BG oriented server and inorder to do that, balance is aMust.

The server is only 3months old and has a peak of 655 players.
