Looking for PvP server

Server may be high-rate/super-high rate or instant, may or may not have instant equips and stuff. I just want to fight with peeps .
There should at least be 30-50 online most of the time, if there's more then it's more awesome.
Donation shop does not make donors overpowered. Will be a great plus if it's purely cosmetics.

99/50 or 99/70 only. Would also be awesome if server is pretty young.

I doubt there's a good HR/SHR with 99/50 or 99/70 servers today. (If yes, they usually die in 2 weeks)

I was gonna make a HR/SHR, with the same Max level. Then again my server is a PvM server. I guess its like PvP if your fighting humans mobs. Then again my server population criteria doesn't meet his
