    99max stat, 150dex instant cast, 190max aspd (and such basic settings)
    About 10x-75x exp rates
    at least 1x-50x item drop rate (cards at least 1%)
    0-1x MVP/Miniboss cards drop
    Warper (at least first floor of dungeon), Healer, Stat/Skill Resetter (may be zeny paid), Job Changer, Platinum Skill NPC
    autoloot
    Staff: Approachable and knows what's right and wrong
    Little to no custom stuff, fancy/costume items are ok, wings all around a screen are bad.

• Kafra offers free town and dungeon (1st floor) warps for a fee.
• Healer has a small fee after level 70 and also repairs and identifies stuff.
• You get 3 free resets (stat, skill or both at the same time(still counts as 1)), afterward there's a fee for zeny or you can buy a reset with vote points.
• Job Changer is present, if you prefer to do the quests for the rewards you can do those as well.
• Job Changer gives you the platinum skill automatically.

autoloot - Yes, you can even select arealoot instead if you're into that
Staff: Approachable and knows what's right and wrong - So far has been good, they listen to suggestions and feedback.
Little to no custom stuff, fancy/costume items are ok, wings all around a screen are bad. - Equip-wise only custom hats, no crazy wings, and server custom quest equipment to get you going, not OP either

normal card has 3% drop rate and .1% for MVP Cards.
