Updated to that period when there were reborn classes, feather beret, and maybe Abbey, but:
NO WoE 2.0
NO gypsy stunning

You should try Ret-ro Classic server, it has a good community and no trans classes. The population is getting better too.  I think it is the perfect server for you.  /ok

ROserver maybe is what you are looking for! - eAthena Platform. Episode 13.3 - El Dicastes. We have reborn classes, Abbey (but Rachel is closed yet). The WOE is 1.0 edition. I don't get the NO gypsy stunning, can you elaborate more?
