Looking for old times server

Hello everyone, im a long time player here, and now im looking for an old times server, with 2-1 and 2-2 classes.

Ive tried Sarah Server, but didnt like it much due to the non active staff and the reward system... also, the Philipinnian server wasnt quite appealing.

Im looking for a low rate, around 5x to 10x would do well, and a good population would be awesome too, since playing old times in groups is far better.

Hope you can suggest something for me! Thanks in advance

Really old school - OriginRo
3/3/2 rates, opened on the 1.1.17 so the community is still small but the server is promising
The server has rebirth
But not all the new classes such as taekwon, ninja etc...

Rise of Midgard is a good low-rate Pre-Renewal server that has everything you listed. The server also seems almost completely devoid of Pinoy players; the majority are either BR or US.

You might want to try SorinRO! We're a classic episode 5 server (forever classic, not running episodes) with 1x/1x/1x rates~ With 300+ players everyday, no dual logging. Although we are heavily-customized, we still try to stick to the official-looks, meaning we don't have the stylist NPC with 99999 styles and the gigantic wings. We opened last February 4, 2017 and so far we're doing great.

What's the difference between SorinRO and other classic servers? In SorinRO, we listen to our community, we make sure your voice will never be ignored, you may visit our forum and check out the bug reports and suggestions section to see for yourself. We also have a test server where everyone can try out the new contents before we release it to our main server, nobody wants a surprise untested contents. Our cash shop only contains 4 items, costume key, clothing dye coupon, default clothing dye coupon, hair style and color coupon, and auto vending license (license to use @autotrade).

The majority of our players are from the Philippines, then Middle east, then Europe, America, and South America.

✦ Monster Treasures - Every monster drops a treasure chest that contains random costume. All costumes grants 'bonus experience boost' and its percentage depends on its rarity. The rarer the costume the higher the bonus.
✦ Daily Rewards - Player receives different reward each day he logs in. Do not worry about missing a day or two, you will not miss out the reward for that day as long as you return 7 days after your last reward.
✦ Achievements - Player receives a token when they have completed an achievement, tokens can be exchanged for equipment.
✦ Rest Bonus - When you log off in any town, your character accumulates Rest Bonus Experience and once your log back in, your exp is doubled until the gaugse is finished.
✦ PK Mode - All players level 70 and above can switch to PK Mode and attack other players in the same mode. Players in PK Mode will receive 25% more experience when killing monsters. Would you risk your character for the sake of faster experience gain or would you rather stay safe? It's all up to you.
✦ PVP on MVP Maps - You can now attack other players without any level restriction when an MVP is alive. Hate it when someone's trying to killsteal your MVP? Then destroy him. Don't worry. PK will be disabled automatically once the MVP is dead.
✦ Faction System - Players will choose from 3 factions before entering Rune-Midgard—Vanir, Freyja, and Heimdallr. A faction war will be held monthly. The winning faction and the members who have participated in the war will have access to a sacred town where players can craft godly items or grind on its high-level dungeons.
✦ Faction War (To be Implemented) - You'll have to authenticate and defend the stations. There are 8 substations and 1 main station. A faction must be able to authenticate the 8 substations before the main station becomes available. The last faction holding the main station until the war ends, wins. The number of players from each faction will be limited based on the server's population to keep it balanced. The player must be at least level 80 and register their character 30 minutes before the war, then pay the entrance fee of 50,000z. This prevents last-minute switching of characters to exploit the reward.
✦ Rebirth System (To be Implemented) - A player's journey doesn't stop at level 99. They can rebirth back as a level 1 Novice 5 times in exchange for 1 permanent stat. They can choose from attack rate, attack speed, critical rate, defense, flee, hit, health points, magic attack rate, magic defense, and spell points. After a player reaches 99, he has to gain the required experience to rebirth. A scroll of the stat of his choice, which can be obtained from questing, is required to continue. Requirements are acquired from mining and killing MVPs and regular mobs.
✦ Crafting (To be Implemented) - Create a stronger or even a godly equipment, the NPC for crafting is only available at the sacred town. Godly equipment are reclaimed by their faction's god 3 months after its creation. Crafting is not limited to weapons; you may craft body armor, garment, shoes, headgear, and accessories. The higher the crafting level, the better the items you can craft.
✦ Mining (To be Implemented) - Gather crafting, forging, brewing, and refining materials using your sickle. Mining spots are scattered across Rune-Midgard's fields and dungeons. You do not have to be an offensive class to gather your refining materials. Do it yourself and explore.

Hey! I would consider heRO, I have been a player there  for about 7 years. I have taken breaks, but can't stay away- this is the case for many people there. It's a very friendly and stable server (been around 11 years). It is moderately customized, but customs are balanced. It keeps an older game like RO from being stagnant. There are always players around willing to help new people level. There have been several new players lately who seem to enjoy the server, which is always nice to change up the WoE scene a bit! So, here's more info about heRO, which is a pre-renewal, with 5/5/3 rates:

Custom Headgears, quests, pets, haircuts hair colors, dungeons, monsters (all balanced)

Town Warper and dungeon warper (only to first floor)

Light vs Dark System with a monthly event in which you can allegiance points and unique gears
