Hello there, in case you're still searching for a server, you may wanna take a look into the Midrate I'm currently playing on.
It's called Once-RO and it's about to celebrate its first anniversary day. The launch date was February 20th 2015 9am CST.

Our rates are nicely settled at 35/35/20, retaining the game's grinding, but making it lighter and the drop rates are not that bad but maintains a healthy economy.

We are running the server under Classic, which means you guys will be playing 99/50 classes. Worry not, the server has no pre-renewal items to and everything has been balanaced and all classes are useful in WoE/PvP/GvG/Boss Hunts

Low mvp card drop

Our MVP Card drop rate is at 0.01%, however the equipment drop from bosses and other items have been set at 12.00x which will make farming not that hard, but some items still drop at around 0.1~0.9 to maintain a healthy economy.
