The donation items are not over powered. It helps players get a little boost and addition in power but we do also have quest items that do the same.

We are a high rate server. Our rates are: 200x/200x/500x.
We lack the population you're looking for though, since we are a new server.
Our staff is really active, friendly and helpful. We do not have OP donation items, plus we do not possess 3rd jobs.
