Looking For M/R or H/R Pvp and Woe Server

Hello all.

I looking for a Mid/High Rate server to play and also i can enjoy playing with my friends as well. Myself and my friend both are old school Ro
players so we have very less knowledge about the renewal 3rd job classes and the new updates on ro this days.
(Did not play Ro for 3 year plus) 

Here some requirement we looking for.

- Exp Rates: well as long we can max lvl within an hour should be fine.
- Item Rates: Don't mind invest some time on it
- MVP Cards: 0.01 % ( Not Really a big fan for mvp cards)
- Population: 50+ real life walking player not include AFK and Vendors.
- Server Age: 2+ Months and also Consider New Servers
- Max Level: 99/70 (2nd); 150/(50/70) (Third)
-Donations: Don't mind to donate as long there have nothing to do with over Power EQ and etc items( Prefer cool and cute cash eq with no stats)
- NPCs: Town Warper; Job Changer; Dungeon Warper (Prefer Level One); Healer
- Other Features: Hat Quests , Battle Ground ,
- @/!commands:  Basic Ones like @storage ,@ jump and etc...

Hi there you should try http://case-ro.com/v5/?module=main im not an admin in this server just a normal player but i find this server fun its a little hard to get equiped in this server but if your a hardworking player im sure you can trans fast and make equips asswell and pvp is active in this server you should give a try..  also population is big highest peak is 557(merchants vending are counted)

I personally don't agree about PvP on MvP maps on mid rates, but of course a request made and voted by players will be taken into consideration and with the various options and compromises it can be implemented

I'll address your requirements below:
1.  Max level should take about a hour.  Maybe a little more if you're abysmally geared and leveling a class that cannot kill mobs effectively.
2. 500x normal drops.  Items are relatively easy to obtain.
3. 300x MVP card drops BUT we have revamped all MVP cards so that their mechanics are more balanced and built into our metagame.  They're fun to play without being broken.
4. 60 consistently.
5. Opened 11/12/13 so we're a little over two months old!
6. 190/90 but you should find mechanics are similar to 99/70 (I've played all flavors of servers) with melee being more viable in WoE than on 99/70 traditionally.
7. Our donations are equal to or only slightly better than gear obtainable in-game.
8. We have all of those except our dungeon warper will warp you randomly on maps but to any level.
9. Tons of hat quests and battlegrounds with many modes!
10. @storage and @go, no @warp or @jump.  There are flywings for that.

Well I am a old school player 2002 players, but i want to keep up to date so its Renewal, no bother you can learn.
MVP cards are 1% due to a poll i did in a forum many people choose 1% the most.
Population 1-10
Server Age 6 months

No bad donation here, it just make you faster then normal people do. Ex, leveling to max.

-Donations: Don't mind to donate as long there have nothing to do with over Power EQ and etc items( Prefer cool and cute cash eq with no stats) - no op EQ .. u can get some Donation gear in bg/pvm
- NPCs: Town Warper; Job Changer; Dungeon Warper (Prefer Level One); Healer
