Deliverance-Online is opening Ocrober 1, and has custom BG games including MOBA games similarly found in League of Legends.  Although we aren't Trans Only, we do have Ahcient WoE which is 1st and 2nd class WoE as well. 

Our rates are 50/50/30 with .01% mvp boss card drop rate, among many of our features.

Hey there Pillow, it seems like Woon Reloaded is probably a perfect fit for you guys. I'll answer your points below

• Pre-Renewal server with 99/70 Trans + Extended classes.
• 150x/150x/50x rates with 1x boss cards.
• Not brand new, we've been running stable for a 3.5 years now. It's up to you if this is a deal breaker but I can guarantee your experience won't last 1-2 months, it will last as long as you want it to last.
• Active Battlegrounds with a unique reward system. All materials and BG gear can be farmed there + we have BG case drops which are essentially cases that drop by chance at the end of the round (win or lose) and can be opened to obtain rare costumes & equipment.
• Population is 250-350.
• MvP cards are disabled in WoE. FBH & GTB is disabled in BG.
• We have quite a few players from your location and the ping is pretty good worldwide.
• We are an english speaking server.

Hi Pillow, I'd like to second Seffi's recommendation of Woon Reloaded. I've been playing there for around 4 or 5 months and it's seriously awesome. Battlegrounds is really active and the reward system is amazing, especially for cute hat collectors. Population is nice and it's really easy to make friends. I think Seffi has touched on all of your points already, and I have just a little to add on about WoE.

WoE is pretty active here, with 3 guilds playing last Sunday; if I remember correctly, there are four guilds that regularly WoE and two new ones that are gearing up for it. As of now, there is a soft cap of 20+2 (decided by the players; possibly 22+2 for upcoming WoE) which makes it a perfect fit for your 15-25 players.
