me and 2 friends seeking for a HR/SHR server.....we've been played since 2006 in local servers and now trying to go international 

-renewal server

-3rd job (Sura, GX, Mechanic) / 2nd transcend (either is okay)

-min. lvl 250/90, ASPD 190 max stats 250

-big population (seeking for WOE )

-rate above 4k/4k/?, MVP card above 100x

-english language

-normal server, no PK

-balance

-any custom adds is okay

Our Max level are : 255/200 , We don't have 3rd classes just 2nd trans ~

Our mvp/mini boss card drop are : 5% and other normal monsters are 100% , The reason why we changed the mvp/miniboss card drop rate to 5% to make the hunting more interestting

We have alot of custom quests such , LKH , Wings , Alice doll [1] and manny more

Our server donate items and really balanced so it makes the server more fun that the normal player can defeat the donater ~

We also support Automated ~

We also have a Point system for example each player you kill you get " 1 Cash Point " you can buy with these cash points a BG Weopns , Armors , Accessories

I've seen you mentioned 3rds/adv classes, either way is fine. So I'll take it as adv class would be enough considering. We dont offer 3rds and probably wont ever offer them, so if youre fine with just adv, we would be happy to welcome you.
Though youre expecting a higher mvp card rate with 100x, but perhaps, if you like our server, you would be fine with a lower dropchance on mvp cards?
